Shep Wenglin
After a stunning success at age fifteen as the Major General in The Pirates of Penzance, Shep retired from the theatre for thirty-three years. Since his comeback in 1975 as Mr. McComber in Arlington's Ah Wilderness!, he has played major roles in Lexington, at Boston's Lyric Stage and at the Park Plaza Dinner Theatre. Most recently seen in The Madwoman of Chaillot, he is currently playing his sixth role in Concord. Why golf, when you can retire into theatre?
Shep has appeared with the Players in A Touch of the Poet, Inherit the Wind, and An Italian Straw Hat. He has performed at other community theatres, notably Lexington and Arlington. Shep played Phil Hogan in A Moon for the Misbegotten at the Lyric Stage in Boston.
