Harry Schecter
A physicist with a concentration
in acoustics, Harry's ability to arrange appropriate background music and to
put the right sound effect in the right place at the right time is legendary.
His music selections for the 1992 production of Little Women are
as right today as they were then. Having just celebrated his 90th birthday,
Harry is ready to hand over the technical execution of sound to Alan Armstrong
and others, but he hopes to be on hand as consultant. He has served on the Board
of the Players and worked in past years to update the intercom and sound system
  here at 51 Walden.

A number of shows he worked on in both Arlington and Concord have won recognition at NETC. In recent years he has helped to update the intercom system here at 51 Walden, and in "real" life has helped to solve speech communication problems for the U.S. Air Force.
