Alexandra Corwin Alexandra was last seen on stage as Tiffany in Maynard’s Acme Theater’s production of Blackpool & Parrish (nominated DASH award for Best Ensemble, 2010) and as Mrs. Cheveley in Jamaica Plain’s The Footlight Club’s production of An Ideal Husband (nominated DASH award for Best Supporting Actress, 2010). This is her first time working with the Concord Players. Despite a life-long involvement in the theatre-arts, including graduating from college with a focus in Drama, Alexandra’s attention turned to exploring her many other interests, including ranching, carpentry and environmental sustainability planning. Her 2010 role in An Ideal Husband ended her 10-year hiatus from the stage, and she is delighted to have found an outlet for the dramatic inclinations within her with community theater. Regardless of her Anglo-Celtic roots (or maybe because of them), she is thrilled to have been given the opportunity to join the prestigious ranks of American theatre’s iconic girl-goon/wise-girl with such a talented and fun cast and crew, and, with their dedicated tutelage, has already picked up many useful phrases and strategies for getting whatever she wants in the outside world. Dedicated to her goon, Matthew. |
