Lewis Blair
Lewis has been performing, directing, set designing, and stage-managing in community theater for over 30 years. His credits cover a wide range of styles from musical comedy to dramatic straight plays and beside his Concord Player credits, they include: Georges: La Cage Aux Folles, Daddy Warbucks: Annie, Julian Marsh: 42nd Street, Flan Kitteridge: Six Degrees of Separation, Stein: City of Angels, Cleante in Molliere's Tartuffe, Alan: Baby, Larry: Company, Georg von Trapp: Sound of Music, Rene Gallimard: M. Butterfly, Hank: Boys in the Band.
Lewis has been the stage director of the Lexington Youth Summer Theater for the past twelve years. He and his wife, Dorene, have started the Lexington Youth Theater: a year round program of classes and productions for kids through age 18.
Lewis is also proud to be a consultant with the Eastern Massachusetts Association of Community Theaters (EMACT). In his spare time, Lewis works as an Engineering Administrator and Project Manager for Planar Systems in Waltham, developing digital imaging diagnostic products for the medical industry.
