David Berti David is pleased to celebrate his 50th year in theater here at Concord Players, where he previously appeared as Man in Chair in The Drowsy Chaperone (DASH Award, Lead Actor in a Musical), Buddy Plummer in Follies, and Mr. Kirby in You Can't Take It With You. David has acted and directed at many area theaters, including Vokes Players, where he won a DASH Award as Supporting Actor in a Play for The Nance. At the Umbrella, David played Roy Cohn in Angels in America, Parts 1 and 2 and Alfieri in View From the Bridge. He has also appeared at the Boston Shakespeare Company, Quannapowitt Players, Next Door Theater, Hovey Players, Footlight Club, Burlington Players, and was in the cast of Shear Madness at the Charles Playhouse. His directing credits include Wings at Vokes Players (DASH Award, Best Production of a Play). This spring, David will direct Morning's at Seven at Quannapowitt Players. David lives in Marlborough with his very talented husband, Donnie Baillargeon. |
