COVID-19 Policy
as of
September 20, 2022
In order to provide a safe environment for all to enjoy
your theater experience, we are now implementing the following policy:
- We strongly recommend the proper wearing of
masks at all indoor performances.
- In order to provide a safe work environment, The Concord Players
requires anyone associated with any production to be
fully vaccinated
as defined by the CDC. This will include, but not be limited to,
actors, directors, producers, stage managers, designers
(lighting, sound, costume, props, etc.), stage hands, set builders,
front of house personnel, ushers, and any and all persons directly
involved that will require on premise presence at 51 Walden Street,
Concord MA.
- Proof of vaccination or a valid documented
medical exemption
from a licensed physician will be confirmed by the
Concord Players Producer and/or Director.
- If you are experiencing any signs of illness,
we ask that you not attend any rehearsal or production event
until a negative PCR COVID-19 test is presented.
- The building at 51 Walden is making progress in the design and
installation of a new ventilation system. In the meantime, in order
to help cleanse and disinfect the air at 51 Walden, we have installed
UltraVation BioGardUV™ Upper-Room Convection
Germicidal UV Units
in the main hall and lobby areas. We have also installed three
AIRDoctor™ HEPA Professional Air Purifiers
in the lobby area. For details, refer to this document:
Airborne Virus Mitigation at 51 Walden
(prepared by
51 Walden).
- These requirements are subject to change based on updated
recommendations and directives from local and regional Board of Health
officials.
Concord Players carefully monitors CDC guidelines for COVID-19
on a regular basis. We will continue to update procedures and
protocols and encourage you to revisit our website for
updated information.
