Robert Runck Bob has performed in, produced and directed various productions for the Players, and served on the Board of Directors and on the FOPAC Board. In addition to work in community theatre, Bob has performed professionally, originating the role of Jack Gam in Stone Cold Dead Serious, by Adam Rapp, at the American Repertory Theatre, and the judge in Patience of Nantucket at the BCA. He was Oberon in A Midsummer Night's Dream for The Traveling Rose Theatre Group, Duke Senior in As You Like It for the Longwood Players, Richard Bravo in Bad Seed for the Belmont Dramatic Club, Gaston in Picasso at the Lapin Agile at Winchester Players, Brownlow in Oliver! for Riverside Theatre Works, Jorgenson in Other People's Money for the Groton-Littleton Theatre, and The Old Man in Prelude to a Kiss at Arlington Friends of the Drama, for which he received a Best Actor award from EMACT. He directed The Comedy of Errors for the Nashua (NH) Theatre Guild and Broken Legs for the Woolly Mammoth Players. In real life Bob is a book editor/writer. |
