Shelle Riehl
Rachelle is excited to be making her debut with Concord Players and the fact that she is singing some of the best music ever written for musical theatre in Sunday in the Park with George with a talented cast to do it justice. She was most recently seen as Svetlana in The Company Theatre’s concert version of Chess.
She is a native Californian transported to Boston via New England Conservatory where she received a double Master’s in Opera and Vocal Performance. At NEC Rachelle performed the roles of Mrs. Ford in The Merry Wives of Windsor and Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Her musical theatre roles include Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady, Petra in A Little Night Music, Martha in The Secret Garden, Edith in Pirates of Penzance, Rebecca Hershkowitz in Rags, Beggar Woman in Sweeney Todd, and The Witch in Into the Woods.
Rachelle would like
to thank her hubby, Ken and her little black fangster, Verne for allowing
her out of the house for the third show in a row. There is still Love
there!
