Sandi Peaslee

Sandi retired in 1993 from Lexington High School where she was Director of Choral Music for 29 years. While there she conducted the LHS Madrigal Choir and Mixed Chorus, supervised three student-directed a cappella ensembles and directed twelve musicals. She received undergraduate degrees from the University of Minnesota, and her Ed.M from Harvard. She's a harpsichordist and a classical and jazz pianist. Since retiring, she's devoted time to music composition. The Follen Community Church premiered her new work for choirs and organ, commissioned for the dedication of their newly installed organ.
