The Concord Players presented their annual Frolic on Sunday, June 3, 2001. Heddie Kent presided and directed the affair. After the dinner and strawberry shortcake, the special awards to special people were presented. And the special award to Marlene Mandel who has presided as president for as long as anyone can remember. Shana sang her song "So Long Marlene" from Jacques Brel and then skits and take offs on the three productions were presented. No words can adequately express the fun and camaraderie of this evening. So here are a bunch of pictures taken by that professional producer, that master stage manager: David Atwood: (since the regular picture taker was busy elsewhere) Page down and enjoy! |
