Norma lives in Concord with her husband, David Rous and has been a member of the Concord Players since 1972. Norma has been in a variety of plays and musicals, and has dabbled in makeup design from time to time. Some favorite roles include the Countess Charlotte in A Little Night Music, Golde in Fiddler on the Roof, and her work in Jacques Brel Is Alive and Well.

Her day job is as director of guidance at Wayland High School.
