Iain has been a Players member since 1997, when he appeared in An Inspector Calls. He was on the board of directors for several years, and has been responsible for the programs for every show since Jacques Brel, in 1999. He played Cuchulain in our 1998 EMACT festival entry, At the Hawk's Well. Angel Street marks his return to our stage.

Iain has also been active both on and off stage at other area theatres. At Arlington Friends of the Drama, he designed lights for Master Class, The Night of the Iguana, Driving Miss Daisy, Blood Brothers, and other plays. He played many roles in The Laramie Project (winner of several EMACT Distinguished Achievement awards including best production and best ensemble), Septimus in Arcadia, and Lucas in Laughter on the 23rd Floor.

At Quannapowitt Players he played Gabe in Dinner With Friends, and Don Pedro in Much Ado About Nothing. At Vokes Theatre he played Malcolm in Macbeth. At Fiddlehead Theatre he played Orsino in Twelfth Night. At Masque Theatre he played Mort in Choices.

When not loitering in the vicinity of a stage, Iain supports his habit by doing compiler development at Sun Microsystems in Burlington. He lives in Winchester with his wife Brigid and son Dylan.
