Please note: in compliance with the Governor’s order,
51 Walden is closed through Monday, May 4.

As you all are aware, we are facing a health care crisis never before seen, and like all other venues, we are having to cancel or postpone many of the performances and events we had scheduled for both our regular season and our 100th Anniversary.

Please note that we will be updating our web page regularly as new developments occur, but for now:

  • We are postponing Steel Magnolias, with the expectation that we will perform in the fall. If you currently have tickets for Steel Magnolias (either as a subscriber, or as an individual ticket holder), we will be contacting you to present your options.
  • Update of April 7: we are postponing our 100th Anniversary performance of Places, Please on June 6/7.
  • We plan to present Shakespeare’s As You Like It (by The World’s A Stage troupe) in late July on the lawn of the Concord Library.

Live theater has always been an important part of civilized life and even more so in dire times like this. From our family at Concord Players to yours, we wish you good health, and look forward to seeing you at the theater!
